I have had the most wonderful experience of regularly using free public outdoor gyms in Chiang Mai, Bangkok and on Koh Phangan. I enjoy exercising regularly. Thus, this is yet one more reason why I feel that Thailand is giving me perfect conditions for my chosen lifestyle.
